As part of our work with leadership teams, we also use DiSC profiling to deepen self-awareness and improve how team members communicate and collaborate. Understanding each person's DiSC profile helps leaders adapt their approach, reduce friction, and bring out the best in every individual on the team. We run DiSC profiling with leadership teams on a regular basis as a practical, evidence-based foundation for stronger team dynamics.
