Andrew and Sian Savage founded Savage Strategy Co in 2023 with a clear purpose: to work alongside business owners in a genuinely practical way that produces measurable results. Not programmes. Not theory. Real work, done together, until it is done.

Andrew Savage

Andrew is a business strategist and advisor who works with owner-led businesses to improve margin, structure, and leadership clarity. His background spans agribusiness, governance, financial performance, and executive coaching. He brings a sharp commercial perspective to every engagement, with a consistent focus on what actually moves the numbers and reduces pressure on the owner.

Andrew trained at Harvard Business School and is a certified Business Made Simple Coach. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and completed the Tony Robbins Business Mastery programme. He utilises AI software for financial visibility and the Value Stick framework as a core tool for pricing, margin, and team engagement work.

He is known for uncovering blind spots in pricing, cost structure, and team dynamics. He helps business owners shift from reactive decision-making to structured, confident leadership. Andrew believes that the right question is often more valuable than the right answer, and he is highly skilled at finding both.

Sian Savage

Sian Savage is a practical, people-first business coach who helps owners and teams create more clarity, confidence and momentum. With experience as an employer, bookkeeper and business owner — alongside being a busy mum — she understands the real challenges of running a business and a household at the same time.

With experience across business operations, leadership development and personal growth, and a depth of knowledge across agribusiness, hospitality and tourism, HR and finance, Sian has honed her skills in communication and facilitation. Her leadership facilitation is sought after across multiple industries, reflecting her ability to connect, engage and drive meaningful outcomes.

She is known for her calm presence, straight-talking style and ability to bring out the best in people. Sian has a natural ability to see what others often miss, asking the right questions to create clarity and move people toward the right outcomes.

Sian works alongside clients to strengthen leadership, improve communication and build businesses that perform without creating more pressure.

We do not offer a programme designed to fit every business. We meet each client exactly where they are, understand the specific nature of what is happening in their business, and stay alongside them until the results are real and measurable.

Our clients do not get passed to a junior coach. Andrew is the advisor, the coach, and the person you will hear from every week. What we say we will deliver is what we deliver.

We are not building a high-volume practice. We work with a small number of clients at a time because that is the only way to deliver the standard of work we are committed to. If you work with us, you have our full attention.
